For corner and end positions,special attention is required.Trim the end of lock channel smoothly to remove sharp burrs,preventing sharp edges from cutting PO film or insect net.At greenhouse corners,bend the lock channel gently instead of forcing sharp folding.Excessive sharp bending will crack coating and distort the inner groove,greatly reducing its service life.
After installation,carry out visual inspection.Run your hand along the whole channel to confirm no distortion,tilt or loose screws.The inner groove should keep uniform opening,so that wiggle wire can slide freely along the slot.If local deformation occurs,readjust screw tightness or replace damaged channel segments before laying covering materials.
